We do not accept returns or exchanges on king crab legs and perishable seafood products due to food safety and freshness standards. All items are wild-caught, flash-frozen at sea, and shipped via temperature-controlled cold chain to ensure quality upon arrival.


Refund Eligibility


You may request a full or partial refund only if:


Seafood arrives thawed, spoiled, damaged, or with broken cold-chain packaging
Wrong item, missing items, or order fulfillment errors
Order lost or undelivered by the carrier


Requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, clear photos/videos of the product and packaging, and delivery confirmation.


Refund Processing


Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days. We may offer a replacement, partial refund, or store credit at our discretion. We do not refund return shipping, and no refunds are provided for customer neglect, improper storage, or change of mind.


Order Cancellation


Cancellations are allowed only before shipment. Once packaged and dispatched, orders cannot be canceled or modified.
